Sharing of your information: WE DO NOT SELL or SHARE any of your information. We keep it all private and do not sell any of our lists or let anyone know about our customers. Rest assured, your info is private. We do hold your account information like name and address, which you can update or change at any time. We do not share this info with ANYONE. We use a 3rd party credit card processor, so we do not hold any credit card or payment details. We have no access to your credit card numbers.  We only use your address/name for shipments to you and any orders you place. We do not share or sell your information to any company whatsoever. Rest assured, your info is private.

  • We only hold name, address, phone and email if you opt to input that information in your login for your account on our site
  • If you want to opt out of any communications, simply click on "my account" at the top of any page and you can choose that "newsletter" option and simply choose NO that you do not want to get emails from us.
  • To update any information you have on file with us (name, email, address or phone number),  simply click on "my account" at the top of any page to edit any of your info
  • The only reason we use any of your information is to ship you product or email you about sales and promos if you are opted in for that
  • When we process your card, it is securely sent to our 3rd party merchant, we do not hold any credit card numbers, we cannot see any credit card numbers and your credit card number will not be saved on our site. We are a secure site and any checkout pages are secure.


We accept returns within 30 days of when you receive the order. If the item is personalized, engraved or in any way customized with names or initials (like soap, cutting boards, trays, jewelry, etc.) we can not accept returns. We are not responsible for any mistakes customers may have made typing in any personalization. Please make sure you double check your initials or name spellings to make sure they are correct before you submit the order. Once the order has been submitted to us, we usually very quickly get the order over to the respective manufacturers, in which case alot of the time the personalization is not changeable. If you do realize a mistake, please notify us as quickly as possible and we will gladly do our best to rectify the situation.

Cost of returning an item is incurred by the customer. We do not pay for returns back to us, unless there is some type of defective issue, in which case you would need to contact us first so we can rectify the situation.
